Hi,

I am trying to sort from the pre-defined list available in GPSmapedit of the POI types that can are:

1. Not visible AND not searchable (in Garmin MXT or Nuvi)
2. Not visible BUT searchable (in Garmin MXT or Nuvi)

I know 0x6402 [Building] falls under (1). Any others that are treated the same way?

Don't have a nüvi or MXT so it's hard to say... Try loading this map on your system and check, it has all the standard land POI types:
