For those that use water charts into their mapping products, a boat load :D of charts, raster files, etc., is available for free download on the NOAA site.

for all the info you may need to incorporate into your mapping. This is free until the first part of January 2014, so grab the info while you can.

These charts gave been free for some time. Where are you getting the information that they will be charging in January from.
