Title: Garmin etrex 20
Post by: Camlock37 on June 14, 2013, 08:57:03 AM
I just purchased the garmin etrex 20. I am brand new to gps. I downloaded a birdseye map of my neighborhood to learn how to use it. The map has a blue trail on it showing everywhere I have walked holding the unit. How do I get rid of the blue trail? Thanks.

Track Manager>Current Track>Clear Current Track will do it for you.

Thank you. Also, is there a way to set an alarm for when you are approaching a waypoint? Thanks again.

Never used this feature, but it looks like Proximity Alarms>Create Alarm>(select poi) should do it.
