Title: Help creating a large format printable map.
Post by: snider6464 on September 26, 2012, 09:30:38 AM
Hello,

So I have a large format printer, up to 64" printable area. I want to print a topo map as large as i can print, high detail. I am using windows, FlexiSign is my rip, and i am printing it with a roland solojetIII

I have many maps installed on my gramin basecamp to use with my garmin rino's. All are .img files. I need a raster, jpeg, tiff, psd, vector, pdf, ai, or eps to be able to print them. How do i convert or export a selected area or just the whole map to be able to print them?

Thank you for any ideas or advice!

Hummmm, I just hold down the "Saint John's Arms" key and press the "P" key and select the printer/options for the output I want.

Might help to add what system you are on maybe and what printer, etc...
