I am planning to hunt in Quebec later this fall. How would I develop a map for my Garmin Oregon 450 to show the hunt borders and perfered over a topo map? ::) IS there a good topo of east Canada Available??

Try Ibycus topo (not hosted here).

You may be able to find your data here: http://www.geobase.ca/geobase/en/index.html but I haven't looked for that sort of thing in Canada.
