I am using Windows 7 64 bit and have loaded Basecamp. Basecamp can't seem to detect my Rino 130 when I plug it in to the computer. I bought an RS232 to USB adapter on ebay and loaded the driver and Windows seem to think that it's running properly. I can't transfer any maps due to the fact that Basecamp doesn't detect the Rino 130, what am I missing? Has anyone run into the same issue? Does anyone have a recommendation?

I believe you are going to need MapSource (http://www8.garmin.com/software/MapSource_6163.exe) to load maps on a serial device.

That is true. Basecamp doesn't support the older serial devices.
