Title: trouble loading Md. map into basecamp

I downloaded the Md. topo map to my computer, as the tutorial states"if the install wizard appears your job is easy" not so much. after running install wizard, nothing shows up in basecamp. I have the latest basecamp. I have a newer laptop with windows 7. any help apprec.

May be onto something, I'm technically challenged and didn't realize windows 7 was 64 bit, read that thread, installed my trails. that installed on basecamp, now if I download md topo again will that install in basecamp now?
