Title: Magellan Waypoint to Garmin Conversion Program?

I am upgrading from a Magellan Sporttrack to a Garmin Dakota.  I have a about 10 waypoint folders with 20 or so waypoints in each that I need to covert.  Any new developments with this in the past year, any free software that can do this?  I have ArcMap on my PC if that helps but am not that proficient with it.

GPSBabel free/shareware should do that nicely.
