I see there is no Topo Map for Portugal for Garmin Base Camp. Is there any intention to have it?

FYI, GPSFileDepot is just an archive of user-contributed maps. Nobody decides what kind of maps to offer, so there are no "intentions". In other words, "it is what it is". :)
