Title: Using the cmd promp

What exactly do you type when using the cmd prompt input mode.

For example in the tutorial if it says to use the following command:

1. Areas - pgsql2shp - f "C:\ xxxx \nhd\Area.shp" -u postgres nhd_area

Do you type the quotes "s too or not.

Were does the command line actually start? At the

-pqslql2shp  ?????

without the dash in front so the command is:
pgsql2shp - f "C:\ xxxx \nhd\Area.shp" -u postgres nhd_area
