Not familiar with that map, but JaVaWa MapConverter may be able convert the Windows version for you: http://www.javawa.nl/mapconverter_en.html
You might ask on groundspeak.com under forums, community, Canada. Some years ago there were some posters there that were familiar with his Canada map and how to obtain it from various sources.
