Having trouble with the Gnis Process program. Set everything up according to directions and run the program. It seems to work but writes nothing to the folder. There is an error.log file there containing C:\program files\gnis process\gnis.shp: shape (.shp) or index files (.shx) can not be opened, will just import attribute data. c:\program files\gnis process\gnis.shp: dbf file (.dbf) and not be opened.
Any ideas out there?

I don't use that software so someone that does will have to weigh in.
They probably changed the files; I'll have to install vb6 and update the code; it'll take a little bit at this point (probably a few days).
