i finally got it right-found out you aint gonna map the country with 8 meg now are ya-lol-if y'all can build with what i walk then you're welcome to it-and if any of you are in the nc foothills region-give me a holler-i know this area pretty [email protected],indrid cold,boyd,and especially gps4??

OK i downloaded mapsource-then nc topo off this site- got the wizard-went to mapsource- no map-looked in upper left corner-nothin-tried to do it from my documents- says its not a mapsource file-what next? thanks

hello- just found y'alls site and man is it great-already downloaded basemap- ilooked into purchasing software and that stuff is crazy expensive-about as much as the gps itself-i was wandering if one of y'all could help me get this thing worthy for service-i am going to do some serious ginseng huntin' this season in western nc and i'm really going to rely on this dohickey- i basically want a real pretty map for my area-PLEASE HELP-thanks
