Can the maps provided here be used to creat routes and turn by turn directions on GPSr such as Garmin Oregon 300?

Most of the maps on this site are not routable. If you are looking for a turn by turn driving map of the US your best source is Garmin's CityNavigatorNT. Road accuracy is a problem with any freely available data in the US.
