Title: Automatic Zoom-out when Hitting "MAP" Button from Waypoint Screen
Post by: roland the gunfighter on July 02, 2010, 10:07:32 AM
Vista HCx.  Is there any way to turn off the feature that automatically zooms-out to show both your present location and the chosen waypoint (or POI) on the map screen?
I get tired of having to zoom in when looking at a location halfway across the country.

Wow!  Can't wait to hear what they have to say about this.  That is bugging me also.  Thanks for posting this question.

Interesting... my 60csx does this also. But not the Oregon (I rarely use the 60csx anymore). Sorry, I don't know of any way to change this behavior - maybe somebody else does?

I have a feeling that this "is what it is", or else somebody would have posted a solution by now...
