Bicycle Maps For Garmin Zumo XT

I have a Garmin Zumo XT that I use for off-road ATVing.

I would like to add maps for bicycle trails in the US.

Can anybody recommend any suitable bicycle maps?

Also, do I need to use Basecamp to download these onto the Zumo XT?
