Garmin Rino 700 installation not working

Hi
I just purchased a Garmin Rino 700 and installed the Washington topo maps from the website (thanks for the tutorials!) and they're not showing up on my GPS?? I've rebooted it and re-installed the maps (ironically, it didn't recognize the map files that had already been transferred) but still nothing. Has anyone run into this? Thanks in advance for your help!

Just confirming: can you view the map in Basecamp? Assuming that you can, try installing on your Rino this way and see if it works: https://forums.gpsfiledepot.com/index.php?topic=4358.msg24074#msg24074
