What does TTN mean?

Rusty at using GPS File Depot.

I downloaded several maps of topo and trails around Yellowstone and Grand Teton.  One of them, possibly "MY TRAILS" consists of many icons and boxes with "TTN" and then three numbers. Clicking on the TTN### brings up a dropdown box with the position of the symbol.  Sometimes there is a name in the NOTES section of the dropdown. So clicking on TTN194  brings up dropdown box with position: N43° 44.079' W110° 44.485'.  Selecting NOTES brings up LUPINE MEADOWS TH.

What does TTN mean?

All of the symbols make the map cluttered.  All of the TTN### makes it more so.  Is there a way to reduce the clutter but keep the trails?

No clue what that means. But Garmin handheld units should have a menu item for zoom levels in the map setup. There should be an option to disable the display of map points in that menu. It varies by model, but on my Montana I would press Setup > Map >Advanced Setup > Zoom Levels > Map Points > Off

I bet TTN is the map makers notation for Teton. Just a thought.
