Overlaying a custom transparent

I recently uploaded My Trails HQT & POI to Basecamp and transferred it to my nuvi 500. I was hoping this would show up on my custom PA TOPO map I have loaded on the unit but will not. It only shows on the CN map.

My Question: Is there a way to overlay the transparent map to the PA TOPO on BaseCamp?

AFAIK, Basecamp only will show one map product at a time.  There's been talk of showing more than one map product in the Garmin Basecamp forum, but I don't think it's happened yet.  To do it, you'd need to be able to select multiple maps.

Is the topo map in an overlay (transparent map)?  If so, you won't get the two transparent maps working together (on the GPS).

No Red, only the "My Trails" is transparent. Thanks for the info guys!
