"cpreview.exe has stopped working" Error message

I have been trying to combine multiple free state maps downloaded from this site using Mapsettoolkit.  It seems to stop working on the last state in the que/list.  Regardless of what state is last.  Yet it will compile an individual state.  I've tried deleting the IMG map that causes the error but then it just stops again on the next one that comes up for the state.  I haven't had the problem before.  I have downloaded the maps and Mapsettoolkit again but no luck.

Anybody have any suggestions to solve the problem?          I'm using Windows 7.

Why don't you just use either Mapsource or Basecamp to combine the maps?

In the past, management of this site has discouraged discussion of ripping and combining mapsets, or any other form of modifying maps that you didn't create yourself.
