Printing 1:24000 scale maps from BaseCamp?

Anyone know how I can use BaseCamp to print maps to scale on a laser printer?

I waited 24 hours, hoping that somebody might be able to answer with something positive.  There's a scale bar that's printed with the printouts, but I don't think it's possible to specify a map scale.

If you are looking for USGS Topos, you might want to download  GeoPDFs from the USGS Store.  Then you could print the topos with NO Scaling.
