NE Topo part 2 - incomplete?

I had no trouble downloading and installing NE Topo,  Parts 1 and 3.
However after downloading Part 2 (twice) the installation works, but seems to be incomplete.
I do note that the file size is only 189 MB, much smaller than parts 1 and 3.

Never mind - new operator error. It's all there, just smaller than what might be expected.
