Map show in internal memory, but can't find in GPSr

Help - I downloaded a map to my Oregon 400t - I can see the gmapsupp.IMG file in the internal memory when I hook up to the computer, but I can't see the map to select on the device. Any ideas? Thanks.

Is the gmapsupp.img file in the Garmin folder on the Oregon?

Yes, I can see it when I connect it to the computer, but when I go to the 'select map' menu in the Oregon, the map is not there.
